A Message from
WYO West Warrior Foundation

Wyoming Only Paw

As we wrap up yet another successful “Best Weekend Ever”, we want to give a huge shoutout to everyone that made our annual event a successful one.

To all of the volunteers that made the event safe and accommodating for our attendees, your help is greatly appreciated. The Smith Alley concert with Rick Giesler was wonderful, the Gala at the Wrench Ranch on Friday was incredibly decorated, and thank you to the King family for hosting us at your tent at Don King Days. It wouldn’t be a true warrior event without the tireless work from Tye Bach either.

The Best Western for being so accommodating and hosting a place for the veterans to stay during the week. Their centralized location and facilities that assist with ADA is a huge aspect that makes the veterans feel very comfortable with the busy schedule.

To the residents and the town of Sheridan. The impression that our community provides to the veterans and first responders is always a very positive one. In fact, the patriotism and treatment of many of the veterans at our event prompts them to revisit our community or even move here after active duty deployments.

The WYO West Board Members do a year long effort to ensure everything is taken care of and organized many weeks prior to the event. Their efforts are to benefit the very people that have sacrificed so much so we are able to have events like ours.

Most importantly, THANK YOU VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS! Without your attendance, we couldn’t truly appreciate the service that you have so selflessly dedicated for the preservation of our country. You show everyone involved as well as our community that we have a lot to be thankful for and we will always accept you with open arms.

For those of us who haven’t served, we will never truly understand that sacrifice that pays for our freedom, but we will forever support events that encourage comradery amongst veterans that ensure the support group after active duty will be always be preserved.
